The Many Ways We Can Help You and Your Loved Ones

Our qualified nursing staff has the experience needed to ensure a successful recovery at home. A registered nurse will assess home care requirements, and then work with the patient's physician to develop a customized treatment plan.
Whatever your needs may be, you can count on us to design a plan that suits you and your situation. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet your requirements.
Nursing Services

We can accompany you to your doctor's visits and appointments utilizing a transportation service. Minimum time – four (4) hours.
Doctor Appointment

Services include assessment, therapeutic exercises, gait training, range of motion activities and ultrasound.
Physical Therapy

We assist an individual with meal preparation and eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living when these activities are essential to the health and welfare of the individual. This service is provided on a one-on-one basis.
Personal Care

Services include assessment, restoration of function in activities of daily living, task-oriented therapeutic activities, and use of assistive devices.
Occupational Therapy

General household activities such as meal preparation, laundry, vacuuming, and routine household cleaning are provided by a trained homemaker. Our goal is to make sure the individual's home remains clean, safe, and sanitary.
Homemaker

Speech services for all ages, including treatment for swallowing difficulties, voice disorders, receptive and 15expressive language modalities, nonverbal communication, and augmentative communicators.
Speech-Language Pathology

We offer regular measurement of blood pressure either at home or elsewhere.
Blood Pressure Monitoring

Nonmedical care, supervision, and socialization activities are provided to an adult on a one-on-one basis. This service does not entail hands-on medical care.
Companionship

We provide supportive care and supervision when the primary caregiver has a planned brief absence, an emergency absence, or when the caregiver is available but unable to care for or supervise the individual.
